The wettest day of the week

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The heat is on today! High temperatures in the upper 80s with some near the lower 90s this afternoon. We don’t have a severe weather threat, but there is a good chance of a few healthy storms this afternoon between 1pm and 7pm. Showers to follow around lunchtime. Because temperatures are rising and there is a sea breeze, the showers will turn into stormy weather today.

Wednesday will be the rainiest day of the week, but more rain is expected for the rest of the week and into the weekend. Precipitation totals will likely range from 1-2 inches, with some seeing higher precipitation totals locally.

Thursday will see high temperatures in the upper 80s to near 90 degrees. Friday will see a similar situation. There will be afternoon storms every day. No severe weather forecasts for either day.
